As an NHS GP and BMS (British Menopause Society) practitioner, I have seen far too many professional women struggle in silence with debilitating menopause symptoms.
Many have felt forced to leave their careers—despite years of experience and dedication—simply because their symptoms were unmanaged.
I founded this service to change that. My goal is to empower professional women with the knowledge and support they need to thrive, while also helping businesses retain experienced talent.
By providing workplace education on menopause, I aim to create healthier, more inclusive work environments where women can continue to excel.
I studied medicine at King's College London and have practiced medicine for over fourteen years.
Alongside menopause education I continue to work as an NHS GP enabling me to keep up to date with best practice and evidence based medicine.
I am a BMS menopause certified practitioner with many years of first hand clinical experience of managing the Menopause.
I have a BSc in Nutrition and SCOPE certification, an internationally recognised standard of obesity management expertise.
I am also a Diplomat of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (DFSRH) and the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (DRCOG), further enhancing my expertise in women’s health.
